Our pre-sales forum has always been restricted to new customers only as we have had past issues with existing customers posting support questions in the wrong section of the forums, as well as issues with existing customers responding incorrectly to pre-sales questions. We recently thought we'd experiment with opening up the pre-sales forums to all customers since we've made some changes to the forums, however it took less than a week before multiple people were posting support threads here in error once again which creates more forum moderation as well as an extended support waiting time for those who post in the wrong forums. We've reverted back for this reason, it's not specifically to inconvenience existing customers but as you can still post in pre-sales without logging in, if you have a question about a thread you have not purchased you are still welcome to post here.
