Does JobRoller distinguish between job seeker and employer accounts?

Also, are resume searchable by anyone? Or only recruiters?

If resumes are searchable by anyone, is the personal contact information withheld?

Can a fee be charged for searching resumes?

Yes during site registration users may register as jobseeker or employer.

Resumes are searchable of which visibility can be set to public, members only, job listers only or recruiters
No option on withholding personal contact information yet apart from the resume visibility option.
Yes it can be done by activating the "active subscription to view resumes" option.
