    Resume retrieval

Hi there, I'm very interested in buying Jobroller for a site that my client wants to develop. Their main concern is how can we retrieve the resumes that job seekers uploaded. Is there a way we can access a database where we can look for resumes based on keywords or job title, etc.?

Also, how much of the theme look can I edit. Can I change colours, fonts, positioning through css/images?

    Thank you!

You can view the resumes from the back end and from the front end.
There is a search by location function you can use and there are widgets for "resumes categories" and "resumes tag cloud" which you can use as additional search/categorizing methods. The "resumes tag cloud" can be used multiple times changing the taxonomy to:

    a) resume job types
    b) Groups associations
    c) spoken languages
    d) resume categories
    e) resume specialties

You can change easily the css format of the site and the images if you have the required skills.
