I'm not personally familiar with those sites, but had a quick look and ClassiPress doesn't function like them at all (in terms of auctions, or the ability to purchase on the site itself) - so as an out of the box product it's not going to do what you're asking. Whether you could customize the theme to achieve some of the functions however, would really come down to your own coding knowledge.
