Is there any chance to make it work with a Romanian language pack ?

Yes it will work, although we don't currently have a Romanian language pack available. We would certainly be happy if someone would translate this though, and in return, we offer benefits to those who do provide translations as you can see from our language page http://appthemes.com/support/languages/
