I have to make a job portal for a single company that will allow them to:
Post new jobs in different categories
The job seekers may apply from the job publication if they are registered and had completed their information (see next)
The job seekers may fill a form with their personal and professional information required, photo and the CV
The job seeker database can be filtered using the differents fields of the form
After a preselection, privately comments and evaluation fields can be completed in the profile of the job seeker, also after interviews
with the pre selected candidates
The list of selected candidates their information and CV can be shared with authorized people
If a new job is published in a category a e-mail will be send automatically to the job seeker that could be interested
A e-mail will be send periodically to the registered job seeker reminding them to actualize their CV
The site will be in spanish
Can I do this with JobRoller?
