Save Searches to Create 'Search Alerts'? Possible??

Hi,

Not sure if you can offer this:

1 - For users to 'save a search' for say and range of attributes like:
Colour: RED
Price: £20-£100
Location: 30 miles radius of a Postcode

2 - Then the results show, but also this 'saved search' emails the user each time a new listing is added that matches their search criteria? User can specify; as it happens, every 24hrs, every week. Also save mulitple alerts and to be able to delete alerts...

This is not part of the theme by default, but certainly an interesting idea. AppThemes doesn't offer customization services, but we do have a certified partners page where you can find developers for hire if you were looking to implement this into the theme. Thanks.
