Hey Guys,

Had a look at your demo which looks great the only weakness I currently see is your search facility. Is there an advanced search option.

E.g. If I had a classified site for cars and the visitor wanted to search for a manufacturer, model, colour and in a price range currently that is not possible.

Does this feature or will this feature exist?

The next version of ClassiPress 3.1 will include an advanced search which includes a radius search option. I can't confirm exactly how it will work, but it will be similar to what we have with our JobRoller theme..

Thanks for your response. I took a look at the admin panels for both roller and classi and neither seem to give you any configuration options around search. The roller search from the demo seems very limited.

I would have thought that searching and interogating data that is held in a dbase would fundemental for these types of sites? Visitors will bounce if they cant quickly find what they are looking for.

Can you explain the roller search functionality in greater detail?
