Search Box options

Hello, can the search box be configured to a typical real estate search type format?

for example:

search by category (renting, buying)
search by location (state, city)
search by price, bedrooms, etc

OR

is it just a case of the person posting ad, placing these as tags? If so can the tags be automated? or can the tag text be changed to ask user to enter required info?

It would be a lot of work to change it to a dedicated real estate classifieds site like you are requesting. I would recommend going with a different solution (if there's one specifically for real estate).

I've been wanting the same thing...similar to craigslist. I did find out about http://www.whitelabelapps.com/classifieds" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. Its not available yet, within the next few months.
