Searchable, Custom Agent Category

Is it possible to create (on classiestate) a completely separate category for agents, with custom fields (years in business, cities serviced, etc. instead of sq footage, age, etc.) and make that category searchable?
Also, does the radius search work when just a city is input as opposed to a specific address.
