Searching for Tags, Attachments and Recurring Payments

When a user puts a tag in their listing, I searched for it without putting in a category and the site found it, but once I also put their category in, the site came back with no results, which is incorrect. Has this bug been fixed or is it a known issue?

In Classipress, if there's no plugin for the below, roughly how many coding hours do you think it would take to:

-add an attachment to the contact form of the listing (when a web visitor contacts a user via his profile). Hoping that's not too hard to do.

-set up recurring payments. (if it's not recurring, then the ad just expires in a certain number of days, is this correct?) Doesn't paypal have a way to do this?
Does Vantage have recurring payments?

If you make contact directly with an outline of your requirements, they can likely give you this information in the form of a quote (as they may have done similar work before). No, Vantage does not have recurring payments at this time. Thanks.
