Separate form for each payment plans

I’m interested in buying the Vantage theme, but I’m looking for information about one of functionality.

Is it possible to create a separate form for each payment plans? For example: Plan A (free) - form 1, Plan B (standard) - 2 forms, etc. ..

This is important, because I want to create system where each plan had the ability to add other fields of information.

Vantage has a custom form builder where you can add custom fields to specific forms based on category, and you can then apply plans to specific forms/categories. By default though, location and image upload fields etc are on all forms, so it's only custom fields you can differentiate. Thanks.
