ClassiPress allows you to charge users to post listings, and you can have a mixture of free and paid ads if you wish. Are you referring to rental of items listed or by "rentals" do you mean paid ads? If you mean rental of items listed, no ClassiPress does not include this kind of functionality, so it would require customization on your part. This is also the case for a map on the results page, although there is a plugin in the
