The only thing stopping me purchasing this theme is the lack of shortcodes

similar to elegant themes: WordPress Shortcodes | Elegant Themes

This is much needed for an information homepage

If you can tell me how I can integrate theme into the theme or if in the future it will be integrated. I will purchase right away

Jobroller is a theme and so integrating it with your current wordpress installation might require another instance of wordpress either in subdomain or folder.

If you want this integration option/feature, you may want to post this in the Ideas Exchange page AppThemes Ideas Exchange so that the development can evaluate it and possibly implement it in the succeeding versions.
