    is there any plugin?

    I'm not sure what you mean specifically, however if you are referring to separating ads into locations, then this is not a default functionality of the theme. You can, however, refine results and filter listings by location using the advanced search option in the sidebar of the category view page as shown on the ClassiPress demo site. Thanks.
