Single Login for Multiple Sites

Say I want to use 4 or 5 of the appthemes on a single network, that looks like a single portal site.
A user has posted 5 items in the classified part of the portal, and 3 jobs in the jobroller section, and has started 2 groups and 2 blogs
on the buddypress side of things, and also, she has added a review on 4 hotels and 2 restaurants in the business section.

I want her to be able to manage all that from one user panel and to see all her listings.

Does this make sense?

I'm essentially asking if I can sew all these together, with WP MU and Buddypress, and most of the appthemes, and enable it to function from the user's perspective, like a single site.

You can certainly set things up so that all of the various theme installations share a single user login (A WordPress multisite setup is a good place to start), however sharing all the actual data in terms of job/ad listings in one customer dashboard would certainly involve some customization on your part.
