site to list workers

Hi;
I´m interesting on buitl a site like this:

certificadoenergetico.es

The requirement´s are:
-is a place where workers can leave their details.
-all workers belonging to the same guild.
-search by geolocalization.
-one entry for each user.

can you recommend a particular theme?
Vantage? Classipress? Jobroller?

Ultimately it depends on the main purpose of your site as to which of our themes is most suitable for your project. None of the themes specifically have a search by geolocalization feature so this would likely require customization on your part if you were looking to implement it. There is a GeoReg plugin available in the AppThemes marketplace which is specifically related to registrations, however you may be able to make use of some of the data as part of any customization. All of them do allow users to post, whether it's jobs/ads/listings - however none will specifically restrict a user to one entry only, so again this would require customization.

To clarify the main purpose of the themes you mention:
Vantage - Business Directory theme
ClassiPress - Classified Ads theme
JobRoller - Job theme

Is probably Vantage the best for that proupose?
Did you see: certificadoenergetico.es ?

GeoReg plugin takes the location for the ip connection but far from the user...
No problem if a suer can post more than one entry if pay for that.

Yes I saw the URL you posted, but again, which theme is closest to your requirements depends on the overall functionality you require. Even with Vantage, you would still likely need to customize in order for it to give you everything you need. Thanks.
