Small Bussines Edition editing the theme and removing custom fields

As stated in on the checkout/licensing page, under the Proffesional license it says:

You may alter the theme as you wish but support will only cover the original layout and configuration.

This isn't the case under Small Bussines license. Does this mean I can alter the theme? I don't think so, but I'm just asking. I guess the only difference between these to are the psd files which are included in the professional edition but not in the small bussines edition. Am I right?

Another thing. I want to run my site just for my country, so I would like to remove the country, street and state (i come from Europe) fields. Is this possible?

Yes, you can alter the theme as you wish, but what we're saying is that customizations are not officially supported..so if you're experiencing issues with your coding work then this for you to resolve and you shouldn't expect our team to fix your code for you. Although in saying that, of course we do have a Mods & Tutorials section of the forums where you can seek community based support..

Basically yes, with recent licence changes there isn't a lot of difference between these 2 licences.

Yes, there is a custom forms and fields function within the ClassiPress admin which allows you to create a custom ad form and therefore add or remove the fields you want. You can also edit field values to suit your country if you wish.

im also running the small business edtition, but i cant edit the state custom field, all the fields are completely blured except the custom title (state)

I think this has been discussed in the members only section of the forum including some suggested solutions.
