    Some pre-sales questions, please

Hello, I'd like to know the following:

    1. Is classipress meant to be a standalone site? I'd like to implement a classifieds section to my existing site.

    2. Since I want to add it to an existing site, can I integrate classipress with my current theme? If not, is there a way to make classipress look like my current site?

    3. How does one change the theme/template? Are there any free/paid styles available to download for classipress?

    4. How many levels of subcatagories can I have?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

1.ClassiPress is a theme that works together with WordPress.

2.You can, if you add a link to your existing site that points to your ClassiPress site. You can change the design of the theme by modifying the theme's code.

3.It will require programming skills in css, php. There are also available paid 'skins' of the theme and you have the option to hire a programmer to customize your site.

4.You can have as many as you need.

Let me know if you have more questions about the theme.

Thanks for getting back to me.

    1. Sorry, I meant if I can integrate it with a current wordpress site--as in, make classipress on a separate page, not the homepage. I guess the answer to this is no?

    2. Understood.

    3. Where can I view the paid skins available?

    4. Understood.

    Thanks a lot.

    Hi,

1.As you know each theme needs a separate WordPress install to work, so if you have already a WordPress install you will need to install a second one and install ClassiPress there.

3.Try googling for these 'skins' (better Classipress child themes), please note that these do not have any relation to AppThemes, as they are developed by independent developers/companies.
