I am going to buy classipress for one of my clients. But I have some questions and I need their answers. The questions are:

1: Is there any location wise categorization feature in classipress?
2: Direct message to ad poster from website is possible from classipress or not?
3: Classipress support department help its customers to customize the theme or not?

In answer to your questions:

1. Not specifically outside of the advanced search functionality which appears in the category view sidebar as seen on the ClassiPress demo site, there you can search by location based fields.

2. Users can use the sidebar contact form to communicate directly with the ad poster

3. Customizations are not officially supported, nor do we offer these services, however we do have a certified partners page where you can find developers for hire who are experienced at working with our themes. Thanks.

Means there is no drop-down menu or special links for locations?

In terms of search? Not outside of the advanced search, no. For ad posting the user has to enter the address information. Thanks.
