1.2. You don't lose any data, but you should expect to lose customizations to your theme. This is why we recommend if you do make customizations, you look at creating a
child theme to lessen the work involves when upgrades are made. Not to mention, you should always back up before any such upgrade.
2. The language pack download page should indicate whether or not it is a full translation or no-admin translation file. So you'll know based on that whether or not admin pages are included.
3. As long as you're signing up via the link on our
WordPress hosting page, then it shouldn't matter which plan.
