Some questions regarding Vantage Theme

Hi AppThemes team,

we are planning on setting up a dictionary site in Germany but are not quite sure, if Vantage will meet all requirements. Could you please answer some additional questions, which we have not been able to answer from the demos right away:

To review a listing - can we require users to login/create an account?

Would there be a user profile page where they can view their posted reviews?

Do user accounts tie into WP user account structure and allow posting in a forum plugin on the same domain?

Can listings owners (of claimed listings) respond to a user review? These responses should be labeled as 'from business owner' or similar

Are there alternatives to google maps? Can we use OpenStreetMaps for example in case traffic spikes?

Does the integrated payment module support custom tax rates (for Germany we would require to charge 19% sales tax)? Tax rates and amounts do also need to be shown during checkout process.

Is there any kind of bill document generated for the customer, e.g. pdf or plain email?
How can the bill text and logo be customized?

Is it possible to utilize other payment gateways such as bitpay plugin?

In answer to your questions:

- Users are already required to register before they can submit a review in Vantage.
- Yes you can view your reviews from within the customer dashboard. There are none on the demo site right now, but you can see the link here
- The theme uses the default WordPress user functionality so yes they are linked.
- They show up as a reply underneath the specific comment responded to, so it's clear it's from the business owner
- Currently Google maps is the default option available with the theme, however you can find other plugins in the AppThemes marketplace for Bing and MapQuest
- No, there are no options for handling tax within the theme itself.
- No, there is no billing feature built into the theme.
- Other payment gateway plugins can be purchased from the AppThemes marketplace. Thanks.
