Some Quick Questions ~ Thanks!

1) If I purchase v2.9 developers license now, can I upgrade to v3.0 for free once that is released? Also what major additions are going to be in v3.0?

2) Does anyone know when the 50% off deal ends? Or is that an ongoing deal?

3) Can you setup the theme to charge upon registration to the site, instead of per listing?

1) Yes, all updates are free and this includes 3.0. The added benefit of buying the licence now is that you can take advantage of the current prices as these will be increased with the release of 3.0.

2) I am not sure of this but will try and find out.

3) At present it is set up to charge for listings, with some additional options to this being available with the next release in the form of an Ad Manager. I imagine there must be someone out there who has managed to modify the theme to collect money for registrations but I don't know of any. This is not a standard feature at present though.

Oh, and in relation to "major additions".. there was list of features which was released some time ago, however this was not finalised - so some of the items on the list may not be included in 3.0..but to give you an idea..

3.0 FEATURE LIST
-Completely rebuilt and redesigned product backend and UI for a much cleaner and professional look
-Featured ads module is larger and will use a jquery carousel that automatically rotates through your featured ads
-Built in blog option so you can now post articles on your classipress site
-User image editing. Your customers can now add, remove, or delete their images straight from their edit ad dashboard.
-Ad details within WordPress post edit section are grouped together in a new "ad" module instead of down below as separate custom fields
-Multi-step ad posting that shows a summary page before submitting a new ad
-Tighter integration with PayPal

-Enhanced comments section and ad poster styled comments. When the ad poster comments on the ad, it identifies him/her as the ad owner
