Hi,

Before purchasing the theme i have a few questions,
1) first how is this theme in page load time? some themes are very very heavy and eating a lot of resources how does vantage perform?
2) I've had tried themes in the past which will break when using any caching plugin how is this one?
3) what level of support is provide after purchasing, fixing issues? customizing theme outside of original package? how quick is the support?
4) now i have a question regarding customizing, as in the demo theme there's two types of listings "business" & "events" first can i change the names of these? 2nd i would like to have to 2 types of listings to be associated with each other for ex. lets say type 1 is "Schools" and type 2 is "parks" so there will be listings for schools and parks, i want to list nearby schools on the "Park" listing and nearby "Parks" on the school listing is that possible?
5) another question which if not possible should serve as a SUGGESTION since this would be very useful:
Have feature/amenity etc. icons with checkboxes in admin on the listing to add these icons for ex. a hotel directory would add icons for ex. Pool, Spa, Late checkout, Free parking, Wifi, etc. and can checkbox each listing to display the appropriate icons

In answer to your questions:

1) This can depend on your hosting setup, but the theme itself isn't know to be slow. If speed is a concern to you, there is plenty of WordPress documentation available relating to optimization which you may find useful, such as this.
2) Whilst we don't officially support third party plugins, there are a couple of plugins recommended in this blog post that have been successfully used with our themes.
3) AppThemes doesn't officially support customizations, so support is limited to installation/setup/configuration rather than modifications or code changes. Our support team endeavours to respond to forum threads within 24 hours.
4) As above, customizations are not supported, and we do not offer these services, however we do have a certified partners page where you can find developers for hire who are experienced at working with our themes.
5) This would involve customization at this time. Thanks.
