State and Country Default values in drop-down

I was looking at the demo and I would like to run a small site, so is there anyway I can just have one state and one country in the drop-down menu in the post new ad section? and can I insert a default value in the drop-down so that my users won't have to click on the drop-down table every time they post an ad?

Yes, our themes include a custom form builder that you can use to customize the form. For example, on some of my sites that are location specific, I use a checkbox for several fields, including the state field, with descriptions asking customers to verify their residency.
