    Submitted Review

    Can a customer come in and create a review for a company that is not yet in our directory and then once the review posts, it adds the company and then later when the company wants to take over the account they can contact us and we give them a name and login so they can respond.

    Is all this possible?

    The review can only be posted on an exiting listing, so if a customer wanted to create the business posting in order to review it they could potentially do that, and if you allow the "claim listing" option it will allow the business owner to claim the business listing itself where they can respond. Thanks.
