If it is truly lifetime licence, then it should be free updates for life. So, how much do I pay as a subscriber wishing to pay for the AppThemes Club Standard after the first 12 months runs out? Can you please make this clear on your sales page?

It's a lifetime license to use the theme, the subscription covers the theme updates and support - this is why they're stated separated. So, if you decide not to renew your subscription, you can keep using the theme, you just won't receive theme updates or have access to support. Thanks.
