There is not currently a Hebrew language file available for Vantage, however if you were in a position to create the translation file, we would be more than happy to offer the translator benefits as outlined on our languages page, which includes a 40% discount off your next theme purchase. You can find instructions on how to translate a theme on the page, so it will give you a better idea of what is involved.
When using a right-to-left language, there is no separate template which comes with the theme, however changes can be made to the default style.css in order to set it up this way. We have customers using other themes who have done this, and an example you can see for ClassiPress in Arabic on the ClassiPress language packs page.
