    Clipper is a theme and so modifying it requires you to have a copy of the Clipper theme.

    well Shivaji "Clipper" is itself a THEME :) have a look at this Coupon Management Software, WordPress Coupon Theme | AppThemes Demo is also available there. Anyways do you want some modifications in that?
