Is there a quick solution for making the themes look identical and able to be placed on one site without multiple installations of WP? Something similar to twinpress.

There aren't other child themes like TwinPress available in the AppThemes marketplace, so in terms of a "quick solution", no there really isnt. You'd be looking at customization work if you did want to make them identical, with documentation here to explain how this can be done. Thanks.
