Vantage theme -- can we add a calendar on the home page to show events?
What about the ability to have video for the various sponors. Can that be added in thier listings, but a button for the video hidden if they do not have video?

I guess i really want to do some cusotmization.. How possible is it?

Our themes are not encrypted, so it is certainly possible to make modifications as required if you have the coding knowledge to do so. In terms of adding video, you can use YouTube embedded code in a listing description to allow video in a listing. Thanks.
