Theme or plugin?

I am just wondering, is JobRoller a theme or plugin? Is it easy to integrate with the rest of your site if it is a theme?

JobRoller is a stand alone theme, not a plugin. If you were looking to use it on an existing site, you could potentially do so by installing it in a subdirectory:

e.g.
yourdomain.com <== Your existing homepage
yourdomain.com/jobs <== Your JobRoller installation
