Themee membership price per year or one time price?

If I buy your theme for $99 what this price include? How much is a membership per year for upgrades?- also $99?
If I want to offer mostly free advertising except 'fetured ad area' can anyne post an add? can they edit it prior to posting it?
Do I need any extra plug ins to be installed for theme to work?
I already use Bluehost as my hosting provider, do I still get a discount when I buy your theme?

Hi,

1.The standard edition includes free support and updates for a year and lifetime licence.After that year your subscription will automatically be renewed (29$ for a standard or dev edition or 79$ for club).

2.You can set Classipress to allow free posting of ads.You can also moderate new ads so all ads need to be reviewed before they are published.

3.No plugins required just the theme.
