At present yes, but the other themes mentioned on the themes page will be available over the next couple of months.

ok :) i hope you will also develop more on the current theme, since i like it, but maybe a bit more fancy design, the design is a little boring, not much, but a litle ^^.

will there at some time be support for video upload, instead of youtube links? and will it be possible to
search for ads in diffrent locations?

Yes, ClassiPress is being constantly developed and we are expecting the next major release (3.1) in September which should include some exciting new features.

I am not aware of any plans to allow video uploads, however I'm sure someone could customize the theme to do this. Yes there are plans for a custom search widget which will allow a more filtered search of locations.. I am not 100% sure yet but I think this may be coming in 3.1 (I would need to double check this though)...
