Is there any sorting function on result listing?

ClassiPress over looks good but Is it possible to have sorting function of the result listing?

Example:

The sub-category result listing to have sorting feature like, Newets Post, Price from Lower/higher, Popular.?

It is not yet on the current version but it is scheduled to be included in the next major release of Classipress.

Sort function something like this theme http://demo.classifiedstheme.com/category/buy-and-sell/ this also got list and grid view.

But I still prefer ClassiPress interface design, may I know how long will it available "estimated".

One more question, will this theme require modify the WP core files? Can we upgrade WP core files easily?

No core files are involved with theme and so you can upgrade the Wordpress core just fine.

And I intend to use it as free posting so can I easily disable the feature listing feature from admin control?

Yes, you can disable the feature listing feature from the wordpress admin panel.
