Is there a reverse auction feature coming soon?
would like to have a reverse auction and buyer/seller feedback
perhaps someone has created a plugin for this already?

Buyer/seller feedback has already been requested through the Ideas Exchange page AppThemes Ideas Exchange. I have yet to find a reverse auction plugin that works with Classipress and so its implementation may require some form of custom coding.

It is possible but may require some modification as GD Star Rating is designed to work with posts and not with authors.
