    Our themes are not designed to be integrated into an existing WordPress theme, so your options would be to either restyle JobRoller so that it looks more like thesis, or you could retain whatever homepage you're using with that theme installed, and just install JobRoller in a subdirectory.

    e.g.
    yourdomain.com <== Your existing homepage
    yourdomain.com/jobs <== Your JobRoller installation
