Top Menu. Only half shown

I am considering buying Classipress, bu note that when you attempt to view the top menu only the top half is visible - the bottom half is off the screen. When you scroll (via the browser) to top half is not visible. The bottom categorized list ids fine as that doesn't apper to have a selection menu. I notice in the Admin panel there are two Category ones, but both seem to be identical.
Just an extremely annoying thing. Similar to the post above - but at least half is visible (with content).
