Transactions via Vantage theme

I'm currently looking for a theme/cms that handles online transactions. The idea is that the website is a directory of local shops. If you click on a specific shop, you should see a "menu card" (items you can purchase at this specific shop). The visitor can then add items from the shop in his basket and checkout. The order is send via mail to the shop.
So I need a theme/cms that allows me to add items, prices etc. in the backend and the website should be able to process orders.
Can Vantage be the solution to my problem or do you think it needs custom development?

Vantage does not have the capability as described in terms of including a shopping cart option to purchase items (none of our themes are specifically designed for this purpose), so yes it would require customization on your part if you were looking to implement this into the current theme. Vantage is not encrypted, so you are free to make modifications if you wish. Thanks.
