    Transfer of Licence

A developer introduced Vantage to us for redesigning our directory site. After demonstrating presenting a redesign on Vantage we are at the point of saying yes. We want to confirm his claim that he can transfer his Vantage licence to us along with the redesign? He also has a classipress licence which we are not interested in. In summary, is it possible for him toe transfer only his vantage licence to us?

Secondary, when is Vantage going responsive? We have a sizable visitor accessing our site with mobile devices

A license can be transferred only if the account itself is being transferred to the new owner, and this would have to come to us in the form of an emailed request from the existing account holder. He cannot however transfer a license or on-sell it in any other way. If the account has both themes attached to it, then the new account holder would have both licenses as a result of the change.

The best idea would be for the developer to email us to explain what they wish to do, and we can check the account and clarify further once we've had a chance to look at it.

Our plan is for all themes to be responsive by the end of this year/early next year. It is under way as we speak, so isn't too far away. Thanks.

Thanks for the clarification. Will ask the developer to contact you when we get to that point.

Glad Vantage will be responsive very very soon. Really hope it would meet our launch time.

No problem, please do have them contact us. Better to make sure this is done properly in the first instance :)
