Translate ClassiPress into Bengali

I am this close to buying a ClassiPress Classifieds theme along with a Host Gator subscription so I can get 50% off of my template. ;)

Any-who, can anybody tell me how can I go about translating that template into Bengali?

Now, I would prefer to keep the system language of WP itself in English. I'd just feel more comfortable that way.

But it's really important to have an option (maybe a button at the top right corner) for the visitors to translate the site in Bengali.

Can anybody help?
