Translation

Does the theme need to be translated again with each release?
I noticed that the translation that I need and that you have listed as available is an old version. Could I still use this or will I need to translate the latest version?
I also need the theme to be right to left. How is that done?

It may require some modification to conform with the new labels or field whenever available in the new version release.

i only know a little about web designing in dreamweaver so can i make such modifications or do i need to hire some expert developer for that?

Are you still referring to translations here (as per the original topic of this thread)? Because if you're just talking about doing the translation itself, you can find full instructions here, although in the first instance it pays to check if a translation already exists for your language.
