Can I have the quality control and the vantage theme on the same site?

Basically I want a site on vantage but I also want the Quality Control but only on the help tab of the site. Is that possible?

If you're not looking to integrate the two themes into a single installation, then yes you can use both on the same site. Each would need their own instance of WordPress to work and you could install one theme in a different subdirectory:

e.g.
yourdomain.com <== Your Vantage installation
yourdomain.com/tickets <== Your Quality Control installation

So...I have to have two WP sites. One in example.com and the other on example.com/help

How can I get the header and footer of the vantage to be on the help site? All I want for the QC theme is the question asking engine and not the looks.

For that you would need to restyle the Quality Control theme, as the default layout is of course different to that of Vantage. For this we would recommend the use of a child theme so that you don't lose any modifications in the process of an update. You can read more about customizing themes here. Thanks.
