Main search on the homepage is for a keyword and category search, however within the category view you can see the advanced search functionality (as shown here on the
ClassiPress dmo site in the sidebar as "refine results"). This search is based on the location details entered into the new ad form - for which you can create custom forms and fields, so if this information is provided, yes it will allow you to search this criteria. Thanks.
