im interested in the jobthemes ultra classifieds theme, what i would like to know is at the Cost of $49 what is included ?. is it a standalone theme, or do i need to purchase yet something else to get it running ?

As @ecua has mentioned, yes you need to purchase the ClassiPress theme in order to use the Ultra Classifieds child theme as it will not function without it. You can find pricing for our themes on the pricing page. Thanks.
