Upgrading to club membership

First ... I recently bought classipress and while logged in this forum I couldn't find a way to post in pre-sale questions forum. Thats bit strange. A person could have pre-sale questions for other themes also :-)

I wrongly purchased classipress, whereas I should have bought Vantage.
1. Can I exchange classipress for Vantage ? (can I resell it to someone else)
2. If not, whats the process to upgrade to club member. Can I use discount coupon in the upgrade process ?
