1. By default, job seekers complete an online form to add their resume rather than upload it (unless attaching it to a job application). You can however find a
plugin FXTender Pro in the AppThemes marketplace which allows for resumes to be uploaded along with many other features.
2. The custom form builder within the theme is designed for the job listing form, so it would require customization on your part if you were looking to change the job seeker form. Thanks.
