url to form?

While the toggle feature is cool, I wish to have the form on a separate page with it's own url.
Is this possible?

Hi Andrew, Yes, you can customize it however you like but with WordPress it's not as straight forward as just creating a new page on a regular site. You will need to create page templates vs just building a new .php page. That's part of the reason we use the toggle feature b/c it loads an includes file and it's easier for customers to setup.

Ok thanks. That sounds a bit too complicated for me.

Any chance I could have this custom made for a fee?

I don't do any consulting but I'm sure if you post something here in the forums, someone would be willing to help you do some custom work.
