Hi, I played with the demo but still unsure,

1. Can I use Vantage theme as a loan directory for affiliate loan websites I'm affiliated with?

2. Can I add an "apply now" button with an affiliate link embedded in that apply now button?

3. Can the listing be also used in a single post? For example if I want to write a good SEO article about a particular loan can I also use the listing I created for that loan product in my article post?

4. Is it possible for a single listing to get ranked in the SERPS and can SEO plugins be used/compatible for the listings?

Through modification of the default theme you could always make the necessary alterations which may suit your project, so ultimately yes the changes you describe could be achieved by customization on your part. They are not existing features/settings in the theme though. The theme includes a blog function already in which you could create regular posts.
