    Use for a recruitment agency

I'll be using the theme for a recruitment agency. There will be only jobs from 1 company but with a load of different clients. When a person\candidate applied for a job where does the resume go. Does it go into the backend or does it go to the company email address.

If the company has a number of employees would each job be able to have a unique email addres. i.e the recruitment consultant1 lists job #1234 then consultant1 will only get these resumes.

CAn resumes be stored in the backend of the website?

The job applications will go to the job listing owner, so if you're listing all of the jobs yourself, they'll go to you by default anyway. If you wish to have different email recipients then you'd either need to create different logins, or you could look at the FXtender Pro plugin which offers the additional functionality to select the email recipient. Resumes are stored in the back end as a custom post type, as shown on the JobRoller demo site here. Thanks.
